What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a ground-breaking hybrid therapy that delivers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.
RTT was developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer who has fine-tuned this method over 30 years, to produce a powerful, effective, rapid transformation by getting straight to the root cause of whatever is holding you back.
The subconscious mind is calling the shots 95% of the time. This means that most of us have a tug-of-war between our conscious goals and desires, and our subconscious beliefs.
RTT works at a subconscious level to upgrade your programming and match your subconscious beliefs with your conscious desires, to create powerful, permanent change
Any area in your life where you know you can do better but you just feel stuck, disempowered, or simply can’t make the changes you want to make, can be transformed with RTT.
Using Hypnotherapy as the vehicle to access the subconscious mind, RTT allows you to uncover the limiting beliefs that are at the very root of the patterns, habits and behaviours that don’t serve you, yet you just can’t seem to change.
Physical, emotional, or mental, our issues stem from subconscious beliefs that we acquire very early on in life. These beliefs are still impacting our actions, decisions, relationships, health, and quality of life today.
Just like you need to upgrade your phone or computer software, you need to upgrade your subconscious programming, to match your conscious desires, and RTT does exactly that.
What does an RTT session entail?
Using hypnosis, you are able to review scenes and events from your past that led you to form beliefs about yourself and the world around you, that no longer serve you.
Your brilliant mind knows exactly when, where, how and why you created those beliefs that are now at the root of your presenting issue.
You are then guided through a process that allows you to gain a profound understanding, and connect the dots in a completely new and enlightening way.
You will see what’s driving the unwanted patterns in your life, and choose to let that go forever.
You will transform any limiting beliefs to empowering ones, and set yourself free to enjoy your life as the best version of yourself.
For example, if your parents got divorced when you were 5, you may have felt like it was your fault that dad left, that maybe you weren’t good enough, or not loveable enough.
This belief may have been compounded when you went to school and the teacher made a comment about your messy hand writing that made the whole class laugh, and compounded again a few years later when the guy you liked started going out with your best friend.
Fast forward to your adult self, unknowingly still holding on to the subconscious belief that you’re not good enough, and this could play out in a myriad of ways – from addictions and compulsive behaviours, anxiety, depression, procrastination, to attracting emotionally unavailable partners, and even developing physical conditions (as often having an illness is a great way to get attention, so it fills a need for us).
And because the mind is brilliant and powerful enough to create these things, once you bring awareness and understanding to them, and to why and when you formed them, you can reframe and transform them, and let them go for ever.
