What is RTT?

What does an RTT session entail?

Using hypnosis, you are able to review scenes and events from your past that led you to form beliefs about yourself and the world around you, that no longer serve you.

For example, if your parents got divorced when you were 5, you may have felt like it was your fault that dad left, that maybe you weren’t good enough, or not loveable enough.

This belief may have been compounded when you went to school and the teacher made a comment about your messy hand writing that made the whole class laugh, and compounded again a few years later when the guy you liked started going out with your best friend.

Fast forward to your adult self, unknowingly  still holding on to the subconscious belief that you’re not good enough, and this could play out in a myriad of ways – from addictions and compulsive behaviours, anxiety, depression, procrastination, to attracting emotionally unavailable partners, and even developing physical conditions (as often having an illness is a great way to get attention, so it fills a need for us).
